Short Biography

Kiril Nejkov Operations Officer in International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank Group, has worked since 2007 on the development of corporate governance in Europe and Central Asia, providing advice to over 50 individual companies and supporting the development of dozen national standards. He has particular interest in control environment aspects of corporate governance, including internal controls, risk management and risk governance, internal audit, external audit, and most notably compliance.

Before joining IFC, Kiril worked in the cabinets of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and of the President of Macedonia, and as a consultant for EU, UNDP and World Bank.

Kiril holds an LLM in International Law from Cambridge University (UK).
